- The posting contains vulgar, profane, or obscene language
- The posting contains adult material, including but not limited to, graphic images, written images, or links thereto
- The posting is not the type of posting for which the site is intended, namely purchasing automobiles using cryptocurrencies
- The posting contains the last name or family name of an individual (first names are allowed)
- Multiple copies of the same posting, or more than one review for a single sale by a single user
- The posting contains written communications between parties
- The posting contains references, such as names or domain names, to any other sale beside the sale that is the subject of the posting
- The posting was written or altered in exchange for the offer of money, consideration, whether in the form of goods services or monies
- Listings which have not been updated by the listing owner within six months will be removed from the site to provide a relevant timely experience for our end-users all comments and ratings lost with this process are unrecoverable. Crypto Car Trader, LLC holds no obligation to retain ratings of expired or un-updated listings and makes no guarantees.
Paid listings
The services and site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind express or implied and any use of the services or website are at client’s sole risk. Owner does not warrant that the services or website will be uninterrupted or error free, nor does owner make any warranty as the performance or any results that may be obtained by the use of the services or website. Crypto Car Trader, LLC makes no other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, concerning the subject matter of this agreement. All traffic data and site performance data is presented as historical and is based on Google Analytics. Past performance claims are not an indication or guarantee of future performance. This site makes no guarantees to minimum traffic numbers or site performance; site performance is subject to variable conditions including but not limited to: search engine algorithms and general public interest.
Contests

Reservation
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to exclude or remove from the site or to refuse to distribute or redistribute any material, including user generated content, that we deem detrimental to the site or that is in our sole opinion, defamatory, infringing or in violation of applicable laws. Inclusion of sale listings
Crypto Car Trader, LLC reserves the right to reject or remove sales listings from our site at its sole discretion. If a sale owner or listing owner wishes to have their sale listing removed from the site they may do so by emailing Crypto Car Trader, LLC. Listings removed at the discretion of the owner will be ineligible for future postings for a minimum of 12 months, at the discretion of Crypto Car Trader, LLC. Additionally listings which have not been updated within six months may be removed from the site at the sole discretion of Crypto Car Trader, LLC. At that time, all ratings and reviews may be lost and will be unrecoverable by the Crypto Car Trader, LLC team. Keeping your listings updated is the sole discretion of the listing owner and listing owners assume the risk of losing their ratings and reviews by failure to update.new

No guarantee of continuous use
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services, and operation of our site may be stopped due to factors outside our control.
Survival
In the event one part of this agreement is found to be invalid, the other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable
Agreement
Your use of this site signifies your agreement to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
